Hello! My name is Shauna Barrera and I am your school counselor. I am so excited to get the 2022-2023 school year started! Let me give you a little information about me. First, my educational background:

• ​B.S. in Psychology from Missouri State University

• M.S. in Counseling from Missouri State University

• 8th Year @ Pleasant Hope

I have lived all around the state of Missouri including Union, Van Buren, Rolla, West Plains, and now Springfield. I love to travel. Some of my favorite places include anywhere with mountains, Yosemite National Park, Arches National Park, and Colorado. I love spending time with my cat Franklin and my German Shepherd Tanner.
